In our latest release, we’ve integrated powerful analytics functionality for end-user admins directly into the ConnectMe interface, revolutionizing the way our users gain valuable insights. We have also added a peer-to-peer chat, a first step on our journey to provide a powerful chat experience for all users. And as if that was not enough, we have now added the functionality to download ConnectMe as a desktop app.
Streamlined insights – Analytics, now within ConnectMe
In the past, our analytics solution stood as a separate product, requiring users to switch between interfaces to access critical data. We recognized the need to simplify and centralize the user experience. That’s why we’ve seamlessly integrated analytics functionality directly into ConnectMe. By bringing data insights front and center, we’re empowering admins to make data-driven decisions without ever leaving the interface.
Gone are the days of juggling multiple services —our goal is to provide our end-users with everything they need, right at their fingertips.
Unleashing the power of data and maximizing the efficiency
With ConnectMe’s enhanced analytics functionality, users can unlock new potential of their data. Our intuitive and user-friendly interface provides a comprehensive overview of key performance metrics, trends, and patterns. Whether they’re tracking how many customers are contacting them, what times are the busiest, or how many calls have been handled by agents, ConnectMe’s analytics tools deliver actionable insights in real-time.
Chat for effective collaboration
At Dstny, we work hard to simplify the everyday lives for agents, enhancing productivity and ease of use. That is why we have taken the first steps in creating a powerful chat experience. In this stage, we have an intuitive peer-to-peer chat. Users just needs to search for the contact they want to chat with and click on the chat icon. And of course, all chats can be found under the chat tab in the left side menu.
In a few months we will add group chat functionality, add image sharing among other improvements.
Desktop app
Now end-users can also enjoy ConnectMe as a desktop app that can be downloaded to their devices. This app can be downloaded from the web-version to both Mac and Windows. And of course, the user only sees the download selection that is applicable to their operating system.
The app will start automatically when the user turns on their computer, and the notifications are built-in to their desktop.
