This means UCaaS providers and application providers without an existing mobile operator agreement can still offer dedicated mobile SIMs to end users — bridging a Teams or PBX extension to a mobile number without needing a separate MVNO or MNO deal. For MNOs and MVNOs who already have their own mobile network, Call2Teams Mobile integrates directly with existing SIM provisioning infrastructure.

Dstny Voice is the carrier-grade UCaaS platform — the communications operating system. Dstny Call2Teams is a separate product portfolio that connects Microsoft Teams to the PSTN, either through the Dstny Voice infrastructure or independently. Service providers running Dstny Voice can extend their portfolio with Call2Teams to capture Teams-first customers.
