Direct Routing for PBX
Call2Teams Direct Routing for PBX sits between your customer's phone system and Microsoft Teams. End users get native Teams calling. The PBX keeps its full functionality. No infrastructure change. No disruption. UC-agnostic — if it speaks SIP, it works.
Your PBX and Teams, connected natively
Call2Teams Direct Routing for PBX registers to your customer's PBX as a standard SIP device — one registration per user extension. It then maps each PBX user identity onto a Microsoft Teams user identity and establishes a Direct Routing trunk between the Call2Teams platform and Teams Phone System.
The result: end users make and receive calls from the native Teams client, with full call control — transfer, hold, forward, voicemail — while the PBX continues to handle the routing logic, hunt groups, IVR, and call flows it always has. Both environments stay intact. Nothing gets replaced.

Works with on-premise and cloud PBX
Call2Teams Direct Routing for PBX is fully UC-agnostic. It works with any SIP-capable PBX or call control platform — on-premise, cloud-hosted, or hybrid. SIP registration from the Call2Teams platform reaches the PBX over the public internet, securely, without requiring a dedicated network connection or on-site installation.

Multi-tenant, multi-customer from day one
The Call2Teams portal is built for SP-scale operations. Partners manage direct and indirect customers across multiple distribution layers from a single interface. Each customer is provisioned in a clean tenant structure — no cross-customer data, no shared configurations, and no limit on the number of Microsoft tenants a partner can connect.
Full call control. Native Teams experience.
As soon as a user is registered with Call2Teams Direct Routing for PBX, they make and receive calls directly from the Microsoft Teams client — desktop, mobile, or browser. No separate app. No separate dial pad. The same Teams interface they already use for chat and meetings, now with full PSTN calling built in.
