A Promising Start to the Season!

The season has barely begun, yet Lotto Dstny is already making waves with impressive and significant results.

Lennert Van Eetvelt continues to impress, securing first place and the overall victory in the UAE Tour. His performance underscores his talent and potential.

Maxim Van Gils showcased his huge talent with a victory at the Ruta Del Sol, followed by an incredible third-place finish in the esteemed Strade Bianche. Van Gils's achievement positions him as a strong contender. We'll count it as an unofficial second place considering Tadej Pogačar's dominant performance. The synergy between MvG and LvE demonstrates the development of the entire team and the importance of teamwork and strategy in cycling.

Alec Segaert and Milan Menten displayed smart racing in the Grand Prix Criquielion, with Alec crossing the line first in a powerful sprint finish.

Jarne Van de Par snatched a great win in a cold and rainy GP Jean - Pierre Monseré. Steffen De Schuyteneer finished second in GP Lillers and upcoming U23 talent Jarno Widar won Ronde Van Limburg U23.

Unbelievable last races from the team! Grit and fighting spirit, no win results in cycling come easy. Always get back on the bike, keep fighting and never give up. Rain and mud seem to be conditions where the young Belgians excel and the fact that the team produces is a testament to that the gamble on young talents pays off and that the squad can deliver great results even without superstar De Lie and on different parcours.

But in the harsh reality of professional cycling, injuries are an unfortunate but inevitable part of the journey. Our thoughts are with Vermeersch, Kron, Slock, Grignard, Gregaard, Menten, and Livyns, who are currently battling various setbacks. We hope they recover well and to see them back on the bike soon.

With the latest performances from the team, especially LvG and MvG, Lotto Dstny Cycling's trajectory is unmistakably upward, with the promise of promotion to the World Tour looming ever closer. The results reflect the exceptional talent of the riders and the commitment from everyone involved with the team.

We look forward to seeing more results like this in the upcoming races; watch out for De Lie on top of the podium in Paris-Nice.

Exciting times lie ahead as we continue to chase our dreams on the road to cycling glory!
