In this context, Fixed Mobile Convergence (otherwise known as FMC) is a technology that merges fixed and mobile communications into one service. 

Dstny Converge is fully agnostic Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) middleware, capable of connecting any UCaaS or voice platform extension to a dedicated mobile SIM. 

Converge connects to a business’s voice platform by providing a fully featured business extension to any SIM enabled mobile device. It enables a compliant, native, and controlled calling experience through SIP registration.

Converge is all about easily increasing efficiency and offering mobility whilst also reducing overheads. Service Providers need Converge to do this in the most efficient, lightweight way possible.  

The emergency calling function remains wholly the responsibility of the MNO/M(v)NO. 

As it connects via SIP registration, similar to a VoIP desk phone, Converge is compatible with virtually all voice platforms. 

Unlike other FMC solutions, Dstny Converge is fully platform agnostic. It can be integrated into all major UCaaS platforms.  

Yes. Just like our other business communication products, you can fully white label Converge, including the service/product name and logo. For a seamless digital customer journey you can also leverage our APIs. 

Data in transit can be encrypted using HTTPs, SRTP and SIP/TILS between the Converge data centers and the UCaaS 

Yes, Converge is fully 3GPP compliant. 

As fully platform agnostic middleware, Converge requires no dedicated infrastructure. 

Converge is compatible with all geographies

Not at all. As Dstny hosts the service for Service Providers & integration is done via industry-wide standard interfaces and protocols, GTM is decreased significantly.
