Analytics

Frequently asked questions

Communication data is the data that is created when people talk to each other and collaborate. For example, communication data includes how long calls last, who is talking to whom internally and externally, what type of communication channels are being used and where and when that communication takes place.

The data that you can show your customers in Dstny analytics depends on what type of communication solution you are using currently or want to use in the future.

You can follow the usage of your communication tools through several devices, calls and meetings and we currently have several modules integrated to our platform, such as our own Dstny Core and Omnichannel, Microsoft Teams, BroadWorks and Cisco, all of which we can present data from in Analytics. We are also constantly building new integrations for further communications solutions.
